Step1：Greetingsandtalking

Step2：Leadin

1．结识新朋友。

教师首先向学生做一个自我介绍，将名字写在黑板上：Mynameis...Myfirstnameis...Mylastnameis...同时介绍一下名字的意义。然后学生就近结组，进行自我介绍。例如：一个学生叫徐烨，他说：MynameisXuYe.一个叫王超的学生介绍说：MynameisWangChao.

“Whatsyourname？”传句子比赛。学生按行分组，一个同学问，“Whatsyourname？”第二个学生回答，“Mynameis...”然后再接着问第三个人，“Whatsyourname？”第三个人回答，“Mynameis...”再接着问第四个人“Whatsyourname？”……最先完成的一行获胜。

教师带上面具与学生交流，就把“我是一个新形象”这一信息清晰地传达给了学生。学生也能轻而易举地接收这一信息，这样做的目的，在于为Nicetomeetyou！提供一个真实的情境，让学生理解它是用于初次见面的问候语。

知识讲解

1．Whatsyourname?

(1)这是一个由what引导的特殊疑问句，是询问别人姓名的常用语，回答时常用“Mynameis...”或“Im...”或者直接说出名字。

(2)your意为“你的，你们的”，是形容词性物主代词，不能单独使用，后面要接名词。在句中作定语，不能作主语。类似的形容词性物主代词还有my(我的)，his(他的)，her(她的)等。

2．Nicetomeetyou!

意为“见到你很高兴”。这是英美人初次见面时的常用语，以示客气，也可以用于双方很久没有见面，偶然相逢的场合，用来表达高兴的心情。对方在回答时用“Nicetomeetyou，too！”其中too意为“也”。在表达“见到你很高兴！”时，也可以用“Gladtomeetyou！”
