“cost+(sb.)+金钱”意为“花了某人多少钱”,其主语是物。例如:

pay作为“花费”解时,其主语必须是人,常用短语“sb.+pay+金钱+forsth.”,意为“买某物花了多少钱”。此处for是‘交换’的意思。
