一、学情分析
1.我们面对的是刚进新学校的初中学生,一切对于他们都是新的,对于一切有极大的兴趣,也有很多的恐慌。所以在情感态度上亲和力的渗透是第一的。
2.我们面对的是语言基础参次不齐的学生,去年每班有一半同学是0的基础,今年也有少部分同学没学过英语,来自偏远村小的学生虽学了,但支离破碎,零零落落,等同没学。而来自城区的学生则有较好的英语基础。所以在知识和能力上,我们在为没学的学生打好扎实基础的同时,必须每节课为那些高起点学生拔高。不同层次的学生都能找到成就感。
3.才走出小学校园的学生大部分抽象思维能力较低,形象思维能力强,热情高但注意力容易分散。自我认识较模糊、片面,而在乎他人的评价。所以要特别注重教学方法的灵活性和评价的技巧性。
二、教材分析
1.总体分析:教材有SectionA,SectionB和Self-check组成,单元只有一个总体的教学内容安排,而没有具体的课时数安排,也没有分课时的教学内容安排。所以教师必须从所教学生的实际水平和语言能力出发,合理安排每单元的课时数,设计好每课时的教学内容。StarterUnit1是Goforit!预备篇三个单元中的第一单元。预备篇是为了使没有英语学习基础的学生更好地使用本套教材而编写的。它的主要内容为26个英文字母和最基本的英语日常用语。它给学生从小学到初中的适应和准备的时间。本单元的教学内容为:学习Aa—Hi8个字母。学习用Goodmorningafternoonevening!或HelloHi,和Howareyou?问候朋友。用Fine,I’mOk来回答。并学习以所学的8个字母开头的8个名字。我把教学内容进行了分块,即问候朋友,字母学习和熟悉英语名字三块。

2.教学目标:
A,知识技能目标:
能听说读写Aa—Hh的大小写。能看,听,说本单元所列的日常交际用语,重点学会打招呼,并做到语音语调正确。能看,听,说本单元的8个名字。能听说自己和朋友的名字。培养学生灵活运用语言知识和勇于创新的能力。
B,学习策略:
培养良好的英语课堂习惯,熟悉一些课堂用语,抓住用英语际的机会,在交际中把注意力集中在意思的表达上,必要时借助手势和表情。
C:情感态度目标:
热爱学习,保持积极的学习态度,主动参与课堂活动。乐于接受新鲜事物,勇于尝试,善于和他人合作。
D.文化意识目标:体会和学习西方文化的文明意识。
三、教学策略
1、兴趣活动教学策略:多采用做游戏和唱歌、表演等形式。
2、开放性教学策略:新课标的理念之一是“开发课程资源,拓展学用渠道”。这要求我们学会开放性地处理教材。在教学过程中,我们要适当借鉴其他教材的内容,插入大量学生感兴趣的图片和活动,拓宽学生的视野,实现知识的整合。
3、任务型教学策略:任务型教学途径是以应用为动力,以应用为目的,以应用为核心的教学途径。所以教师在教学中应突出语言的应用性原则。把听说、讨论、表演、游戏贯穿于教学,使课堂形式多样化,充分发挥学生的主动性。
4、情感渗透策略:作为启始单元,作为一人为本的教育,情感投入是至关重要的。

五,评价工具:
评价注意形成性评价与终结性的有机结合。并特别重视形成性评价的激励作用和终结性评价的导向作用。
1.课堂活动中的竞赛制:
以记奖评优的形式无声的评价每一个活动,包括个体和小群体。在第一课时评最佳演员和导演奖,第二课时评最佳团体奖,既节约时间又明确有效。使学生能提高语言质量,增强参与意识,提高学习兴趣。

课程目标
一、知识和能力目标
本单元要求学生掌握英文字母A—H,能认读其印刷体和手写体字母的大小写等四种形式。书写(大写和小写,笔顺,笔画)基本合乎要求。能看,听,说本单元所列的日常交际用语,重点学会打招呼,并做到语音语调正确。注意一些字母及日常交际用语的发音。
二、过程和方法目标
教师要尽量用英语组织教学。充分利用课堂的40分钟,不讲或少讲汉语,尽量给学生创造英语情景。教师可以用手势,表情,动作等示意,帮助学生听懂课堂用语和日常交际用语,第一次介绍某个用语时,说英语,加译文及手势,以后可酌情省去译文,最后只说英语,逐步让学生听懂。
三、情感态度和价值观目标
万事开头难,首先利用这个单元培养学生们对英语的兴趣,因为兴趣是最好的老师。
