高一上学期语文教学工作总结
这一学期我担任高一311班和312班的语文教学工作,回顾一个学期来的语文教学工作实践,我本着全面培养学生的创新力、提高实践水平的思想,全身心地投入到教学中,圆满完成了教学任务。现将教学方面的体会和工作总结如下:
一、积极听课,认真备课,善于反思
听课,不仅开阔了思路,也为备课过程积累了丰富的素材。各种鲜活生动的事例,各种教学方法、模式的展示,微小细节之处的精彩处理,使我在丰富课堂教学的同时,也改变了学生对学习感到枯燥、单调、脱离实际的成见。为了能及时发现和改正教学过程中的问题,我有意识的进行阶段性的工作反思,小到一节课,大到一个学期;近到上一节课说错的一句话,远到一种教学思想的深层次思考。虽然它们都还很肤浅,但我相信“九尺之台,起于垒土”,“不积跬步,无以至千里”。
二、紧抓作业批改、注重后进生辅导
作业的检查和批改,是检测学生知识掌握情况的重要途径。开学以来,我一直坚持作业的认真批改,这不仅有利于对学生知识落实的情况的更好掌握,更使我对学生课堂表现情况,有了一个更加全面的认识。从而能够更好的根据学生的情况,调整教学。对于班里的后进生,我一直坚持个别知识辅导和思想教育相结合的方式,在给学生谈理想、谈目标的同时,激发学生的学习热情。功夫不负有心人,几名学生的语文成绩有所进步。
三、深入扎实的上好每一节课
语文是一门工具学科,它不同于数学,语文教学要求语言文字教学和情节、内容教学相结合,相辅相成。而低年级的语言文字教学显得尤为重要。听、说、读、写是语文教学的四个基本环节,我认为,语文教学中“说”和“读”的重要性尤为突出。所以,在教学中我特别重视“说”和“读”的训练。高一年语文教科书上“口际交际”是一项很重要的教学内容。自古以来,能说会道,体现一个人的睿智,思维敏捷。现代语文教学,“多说多练”势在必行。整个学期,我注重课堂上的合作探究,让每个小组讨论并展示结果,学生之间互听互评,共同积累,共同提高。通过一个学期的训练,我发现同学们的表达能力有较大的进步,逻辑思维能力也增强了。并且,通过评奖活动,选出了口才最好的学生,如郭奕江、申梦雪的、董阳等。
在“说”的过程中,有一个与之相促进的过程不容忽视,那就是“读”。俗话说:读书百遍,其义自现。在理解文章的基础上,再来有感情地朗读。读的形式多样,可以采用个别读、齐读、小组读、分角色朗读等。再次,用“读”帮助记忆,培养语感,陶冶情操。最后,让学生进行摘记,并对学生的手抄本进行定期检查,并对写得好的学生加以表扬。
语文教学中,除了“说”和“读”很重要外,还要培养学生的总结、归纳能力,即学完一个单元,学会自己归纳,学懂了一些什么,还存在哪些问题。孔子云:温故而知新。经常温习功课,以后的学习才会觉得较轻松。
课程改革是一场前所未有的攻坚战,新理念、新教材、新教法必然要和旧有的一切教学观念、教学模式发生激烈的碰撞和摩擦。通过近两年的实验与探索,我们饱尝了其中的艰辛与甘甜。甘甜的是我们看到了课程改革实验给我们的教育注入了勃勃生机与活力,感受到了我们与学生在课程改革中的共同提高、共同发展;艰辛的是我们对课程改革曾经有那么多的茫然与困惑,我们是“摸着石头过河”来探索课程改革之路的,在课程改革的实践过程中,我们也遇到了许多困惑和难题。
(一)对课标的困惑
我们需要不用解读的课程标准。现在的课程标准有那么多解读的书本、文章多如牛毛。我想原因无非有二,要么是课程标准太难,太深奥,课程标准的制定者也知道一般老师是读不懂的;要么是对一线教师的不相信,课程标准制定者害怕一线教师读不懂;
我认为课程标准应该通俗、详细,一看就懂,如此教师才能用好;应该把解读融入课程标准之中,这样才能做到专家研究与一线教师的实践紧密结合。而学校推行的有效教育就非常好。
(二)对课堂的困惑
我们需要不是表演的课。现在有的课放得很开,但收不拢,学生天马行空,谈天说地,离题越来越远;有的课,学生活动的样式很多,唯独读书不多,课堂上嘻嘻笑笑,气氛十分活跃。可仔细一想学生真正学到的语文知识可能很少。有的研究课,教学的着力点主要是对课文内容的深究,或是知识内容的任意拓展,或是思想内容的无限拔高。学生海阔天空,说短道长,甚至离开了书本去大谈从网上看到的新闻。不同的是,过去是教师主讲,学生旁听;现在是学生主讲(主要是尖子学生),教师插话补充。仿佛教学的重心已由教师转移给了学生,仿佛这是课内向课外的延伸。可是,读书的时间不多了,学生思考的时间很少了,对课文中语言文字的理解、品味、运用的时间也被挤掉了。这样的课听多了,我们的老师都说我们现在不知道语文课怎样上了。
(三)对教材的困惑
1、对必修内容的困惑。
高二语文必修五和选修1集中了高中阶段近80的古诗名篇、以及部分文言名篇,教学内容重,教学进度紧张。而且因为一味的赶进度,使得每堂语文课都上得满满的,而语文课所必需的一些课外趣味补充,因此都被忽略了,语文课索然无味。
2、对教学重点的困惑。
现在的教材自由度很大,每篇课文后面的练习和要求都很少,这一方面是扩展了教师的能动性,但是对教师来说是增加了难度。我们的老师很难把握教学的重点。

2.教学内容分析
本单元的中心话题是“音乐”。语言技能和语言知识几乎都围绕“音乐”这一中心话题设计的。由热身、听力、口语、读前、阅读、读后、语言学习、综合技能、学习建议、复习要点等十个部分组成。
“热身”(Warmingup)部分提供了地图,然后听音乐,要求学生明白所听音乐来自哪里,并展开讨论。这部分的目的是呈现本单元的中心话题——音乐,帮助学生在大脑中形成一个有关“音乐”的信息包,并复习或学习有关音乐的词和句型。
“听力”(Listening)部分提供了三首歌曲,要求学生通过听弄清歌名,歌词大意并对这些歌曲谈感受。
“口语”(Speaking)部分提供了Joe和Susan之间的对话。Peter的生日就要到了,Joe想送Peter生日礼物,于是征求Susan的意见,从而引出了askingandgivingadvice.整个活动以说为主,同时涉及了听、读、写的技能。这一设计训练学生在比较真实情景中口头表达的能力和丰富他们askingandgivingadvice的句型。
“读前”(Pre-reading)提供了有关“音乐”话题的四个问题。引导学生为下一不“阅读”作好思想准备。
“阅读”(Reading)部分介绍了一些有趣的音乐风格,如blueship-hoprapLatinmusic等。
“读后”(Post-reading)部分分两块。第一块要求学生在小组里讨论四个问题,其中前两个问题是针对文章的理解,评价学生对文章理解的程度;第三个问题要求学生结合文章谈论自己的看法;第四个问题是开发性的,目的在于培养学生的思辩能力。第二块要求学生根据课文对所设计的六个句子先判断正误,然后加以改正。
“语言学习”(Languagestudy)分词汇和语法两部分。判断一个人词汇量的大小,应该看两个方面,一个是外在数量,即单词的个数;另一个是内在数量,即单词词义的个数。本教材与旧教材相比,大大重视单词词义的个数,本单元讲解了四个词汇:beatpickrockstyle,每个词都讲解了三个用法。语法部分是各种时态的主动语态和被动语态的转换。
“综合技能”(Integratingskills)提供了一篇北京师范大学2001级学生曹向前同学写的文章(经过改写)PopVersusRock。文中着重阐述了Popsongs和Rocksongs之间的区别。通过对这篇文章的学习,要求学生写一篇题为TraditionalChinesemusicvsModernChinesemusic的文章。
“学习建议”(Tips)部分提供了有关话题“音乐”的总结性语言。
“复习要点”(Checkpoint)部分简要地总结了本单元的语法要点——ThePassiveVoiceinDifferentTenses,并且设计了练习,帮助学生自评。同时通过两个问题引导学生对本单元所学的词汇作一次小结。
