调查问卷的设计要求
在设计调查问卷时,设计者应该注意遵循以下基本要求:
①问卷不宜过长,问题不能过多,一般控制在20分钟左右回答完毕。
②能够得到被调查者的密切合作,充分考虑被调查者的身份背景,不要提出对方不感兴趣的问题。
