1. 教学背景分析

本单元的中心话题是“世界英语”,主要介绍了英语及其在世界上的发展状况,语言知识和技能等都是国统“世界英语”这一中心话题展开的。通过这一话题的阅读及写作,旨在学生加强对英语的了解,激发学习英语的兴趣。

2. 教学目标分析

(1)知识目标:通过阅读“学英语”的文章,使学生了解一些关于英语学习的重要性以及一些有效方法。

(2)技能目标:通过“学英语热”这篇阅读文章,学生能够抓住文章主旨大意和信息句的技能。并且能够利用文章信息来设计一份英语海报的技能。

(3)情感目标:学生的团队合作精神增强了,学习英语的兴趣提高了,学习更有方向了。

(4)文化意识目标:培养学生尊重文化交流并能够利用语言这门工具来强大自己,强大国家。

(5)学习策略目标:由阅读作为信息输入,学生能够经松的完成输出部分;学生通过pair work. discussion, write a poster等活动,学生的学习能力提高了,真正实现了学习目标。

通过阅读,学生了解英语的重要性以及有效学习方法,为后面的写作做铺垫。

(2)教学难点:

学生知何在短时间内设计完成一张英语海报。

4. 整体设计思路、指导依据说明

在本节课,我充分发挥教师的引导作用,以突出学生的主体地位。在第一环节创设情境阶段,为了调动学生兴趣,让学生更深刻的理解本单元中心话题“世界笑语”。我以视频的形式引入话题。在第二环节教学中,首先进行快速阅读,完成2个问答,按下来是紧紧围绕文章的中心:英语的重要性及学习方法设置表格,让学生完成。这两张表格的设置是为下面的海报设计做好了充分的铺垫。第三环节是写作部分:设计一张英语海报。我先给出一个范例,这个例子的素材源于阅读题目的表1,而让学生按照写作的海报设计是根据阅读的表2而成的。因此输出环节十分自然,环环相扣。作业任务完成自己的海报,并把它发递到老师的邮箱。

No matter what you do in the future, English will always be important. So we should try more useful ways to learn English in order to make our country powerful, competitive, and international.
