我是高二二班宋桉境，今天我演讲的主题是《加强个人修养 提升文明行为》。
改革开放四十年来，我国公民的整体素质有了显着提升，精神文明建设取得了明显进步。但随着社会的发展，价值观念多元化造成公民道德的多层次化，社会上仍然存在着拜金主义、享乐主义、极端个人主义的现象，“不准随地吐痰”、“禁止吸烟”、“不准践踏草坪”等标语随处可见，但违反的行为也比比皆是。公共场合大声喧哗、大声接打电话，“加塞”、“哄抢”、“霸座”现象时有发生。一个不守规则的乘客导致了重庆万州公交车坠江悲剧的发生，人们在愤懑、感慨、悲叹的同时更值得反思。针对这些不文明的行为，天津市在20xx年5月1日正式实施《天津市文明行为促进条例》，意在引领社会风尚，推动社会文明进步。为了能调动公民的积极性，使全社会共同参与，文明条例中还特别提到了关于处罚不文明行为和奖励举报行为的具体实行方法，希望形成共建、共治、共享的长效机制。
社会公德是公民在社会交往与社会生活中应该共同遵守的行为准则，这种准则是可以加以普遍化的，并且是所有公民都能够做到的，它有更明显的公共性，维护的是社会的共同利益和全体公民的整体利益，它涵盖了人与人、人与社会、人与自然的关系，具有广泛性、现实性和可操作性。
作为一名中学生，首先要严格遵守《中学生日常行为规范》，真正做到勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。
我们要礼貌待人。我们中华民族是一个“礼仪之邦”， “礼貌待人”使我们的传统美德。我们要从见面问好、谦虚好问、善于倾听别人说话、轻轻敲门等最基本的学起、做起。礼貌贵在真诚，它不只是表面上的客套，它可以维系社会的和谐与愉悦。
我们要关心集体。我们每个人都生活在集体当中，我们学校是个大集体，班级是个小集体，为集体着想，就能汇成巨大的力量。一个人的成才，一个人的成功，最终都离不开集体。只有在集体中锻炼成长，我们才能成为合格人才。
我们要严格自律。纵观古今中外有所成就的人，其身上都具有一个显着的特征，那就是高度自律。一般情况下，自律和意志是紧密相连的，加强自律也就是磨练意志的过程。自律是在行动中形成的，也只能在行动中得以体现。
行为习惯源于生活的点点滴滴，却对人生具有重大意义，让我们从点滴做起，从日常行为规范做起，成为社会需要的建设者和接班人。

现代医学模式的转变，人们已逐渐认识到关怀护理的重要性，人文关怀也成了医院在市场竞争中一个不可缺少的软实力。因此积极开展“以人为本”“以病人为中心”的人性化关怀护理，既是人性的召唤，也是护理专业准确定位，进而把握未来发展方向的具体体现。护理部为了加强优质护理服务内涵质量建设，不断提高患者满意度，打造患者心动服务，特制定此方案：
积极主动，创造满意；
用心用情，融入点滴；
关怀从沟通开始，在全院推行“改称呼，降语调，换语气，提倡文明用语，禁用服务忌语”活动；所有护理人员遵守关怀护理礼仪及各项关怀服务流程。（具体的关怀护理礼仪及服务流程见附页）

人文关怀服务礼仪及人文关怀服务流程。
的学习班，条件允许的话，去人文关怀开展较好的医院进修学习。
的人文关怀护理的基本理论知识和新进展。并将自我关怀与相互关怀的事例记录下来与同事分享。
医生满意度调查，出院患者电话回访，进行人文关怀服务质量督查。发现问题及时与科室沟通和反馈，协助科室进行整改，并提出整改意见和整改期限，逾期不整改，落实不到位者按标准加倍扣分。
（七）为了确保科室及护士有效落实各项措施，方便护士学习人文关怀的相关内容，使护士有章可循，有据可依，护理部、评审办制定“人文关怀服务质量评价标准”“人文关怀服务礼仪
及服务忌语”“人文关怀服务流程”“人文关怀服务满意度调查”，并下发科室。

被评为星级护士站的科室护士长为“人文关怀服务一星护士长”，连续被评为星级护士长的，在原来星级的基础上再加一星，直到最高级别五星。
（四）获得星级奖励的科室和个人颁发奖牌或奖杯。

“英语难，难于上青天”，“最令我们头疼的就是学英语”平常交谈中，我们常能听到许多类似的感慨。学英语真的很难吗?我认为：
英语学习不难，关键是要努力学习。 首先，要舍得投入精力和时间，要有恒心。许多人想在学习英语时找到捷径。我认为这并不坏，但必须建立在坚实的基础上。
工资总额与收获成正比，持之以恒，英语水平有相应提高。 其次，掌握一定的词汇量。如果你现在没有一定的词汇量，你必须学会如何掌握它。
在英语学习中，单词的记忆是一个困扰许多人的问题。记单词的确不是一件容易的事情，但若方法得当，效果就会好得多。我相信如果你能真正做到以下三点，你的词汇量会继续增加：
1、调整情绪。有的人想学，但却“怕”字当头，这与科学的学习方法相悖。心理学家认为：
“当一个人感到极度兴奋时，学习的效果就极佳。它能使我们的思维变得敏捷、活跃和集中。”所以在记忆单词前应首先调整好自己的情绪，使自己拥有一种学习单词的热情和牢记它们的决心，努力使自己处于学习的最佳状态。
2、运用记忆法记单词。目前记忆单词的方法有词缀根记忆、同义词和同义词记忆、切分联想记忆、词源记忆等。我最常用的是组合记忆法和词根记忆法。
3、巩固和强化。第一次学习后，要及时复习巩固单词，避免在短时间内遗忘。其他一些方法，如听英语节目和看英语**，都是有效的。
即经常有意识地用英语交流。 英语考试中阅读理解题所占考分大，耗时多，但如果平时能做到多读，则有助于提高阅读能力。阅读要快，为了提高阅读速度，增加和拓展英语的感性知识。
2可喜的是经过半年的学习、积累、探索，我在英语教学上日趋成熟，逐渐收放自如，总结出了一套自己的教学方法。现简单列出：
但更重要的是保持学习的热情。学生到了四、五、六年级，英语课便比较没有新鲜感了，而且随着内容的加深，学生也渐感吃力。对高年级的学生，一方面我适当改变教法，设计出更新颖有效的游戏活动辅助学生理解、记忆，激发学习兴趣，另一方面，也在尝试新的激-情激发点。
比如，在英语对话、竞赛、表演中让学生尽情、自由发挥，体验成功的喜悦与满足;在课外举行效仿欧美习俗的聚会等，让学生有机会在浓厚的英语氛围中学习英语，从而产生学英语、说英语的强烈愿望。

In many ways, there are lots of people like the buzzard, the bat and the bumblebee. They are struggling about with all their problems and frustrations, not realizing that the answer is right there above them.

在服务方面，我们也做得很周到。由于运动员中，有许多外国游客，外汇交易定然凡忙。因此，在房间中，我们也安置了一台小型专供外汇的机器，可供换汇。由于语言条件的需要，我们所有在奥运村的工作人员都有一口流利的英语，为了保证安全问题，我们的“保安机器人”随时在每个房间门口待命。每名运动员身上也都配备了呼叫器，用来呼叫机器人，保证了运动员的安全。

the relationship between a mother and a child always seems to follow such a pattern. i know my mother is always there for me, providing me with everything i need; from food to clothing, from tuition to pocket money. i never thought twice about all she did until one day she said, "will there be a time that you'll say you have taken enough from me?
"like a child endlessly asking, we humans, throughout history, have been continually demanding what we desire from nature. we enjoy the ***fort and beauty of our furniture, yet we never bother to think about the serious soil erosion caused by deforestation. we take it for granted that we must warm ourselves in winter times, yet we seldom realize the burning away of precious natural resources.
we appreciate all the prosperity from the development of modern industry, yet few would give the slightest consideration to the global air and water pollution caused by industrial wastes. our ruthless exploitation has permanently impaired our mother earth. as we tragically learned from last summer's floods.
we cannot continue our carelessness.
finally, standing here at the threshold of the 21st century, we cannot help thinking of our posterity. nature is not only the mother of the present generation, but also the mother of the generations to ***e. how severely our descendents will criticize us if we leave them a barren and lifeless mother?
how much more they will appreciate us if we give them a world of harmony to inherit? let us start respecting and caring for nature from now on. let us start the campaign of creating a mutually beneficial relationship between people and nature right from this moment.
with this new start, i firmly believe, that our children, and our children's children will live in a brand new age of green trees, clean air, crystal water, blue sky and an even more promising world!

1、what is language for?
some people seem to think it’s for practicing grammar rules and learning lists of words——the longer the words are, the better. that’s wrong. language is for the exchange of ideas, for ***munication.
2、the way to learn a language is to practice speaking it as often as possible.
3、a great man once said it is necessary to drill as much as possible, and the more you apply it in real situations, the more natural it will be***e.
4、learning any language takes a lot of effort. but don't give up.
5、relax! be patient and enjoy yourself. learning foreign languages should be fun.

7、use a dictionary and grammar guide constantly. keep a **all english dictionary with you all the time. when you see a new word, look it up.
think about the word——use it, in your mind, in a sentence.
8、try to think in english whenever possible. when you see something, think of the english word of it; then think about the word in a sentence.
9、practice tenses as much as possible. when you learn a new verb, learn its various forms.
10、i would also like to learn more about the culture behind the language. when you understand the cultural background, you can use the language better.
finally, i wanna give you a sentence that is one of my favorite proverbs. we must accept finite disappointment but we must never lose infinite hope.

Instead of blowing away with the wind，they arose against it to achieve great heights。 They shook and pulled，but the restraining string and the cumbersome tail kept them in tow，facing upward and against the wind。 As the kites struggled and trembled against the string，they seemed to say，“Let me go! Let me go! I want to be free!” They soared beautifully even as they fought the restriction of the string。 Finally，one of the kites succeeded in breaking loose。 “Free at last，” it seemed to say。 “Free to fly with the wind。”
Yet freedom from restraint simply put it at the mercy of an unsympathetic breeze。 It fluttered ungracefully to the ground and landed in a tangled mass of weeds and string against a dead bush。 “Free at last” free to lie powerless in the dirt，to be blown helplessly along the ground，and to lodge lifeless against the first obstruction。
How much like kites we sometimes are。 The Heaven gives us adversity and restrictions，rules to follow from which we can grow and gain strength。 Restraint is a necessary counterpart to the winds of opposition。 Some of us tug at the rules so hard that we never soar to reach the heights we might have obtained。 We keep part of the mandment and never rise high enough to get our tails off the ground。
Let us each rise to the great heights，recognizing that some of the restraints that we may chafe under are actually the steadying force that helps us ascend and achieve。

文郢楷尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家早上好
我是1610班的文郢凯。今天，我在国旗下演讲的题目是：臻和有道，人民很美。
中国，一个以五千年文明为积淀，以百余年磨难为基点，以五十余年发展为基石，多少荣辱悲欢，多少兴衰成败，铸就了我国源远流长，博大精深的优秀传统文化。春秋战国，诸子百家，深邃如江海，滋育华夏，有孔子老庄，恰似"江河万古流";唐朝宋代，骚人墨客，浩繁如星辰，照耀神州，有李杜苏辛，正如"光焰万丈长";元明清时，戏曲**，高妙如山川，丰富民族，有汉卿雪芹，已是"托体同山阿".而"人文底蕴"是对中国传统文化的深厚了解，是促使一个人长久、健康发展的精神动力。
因为它是“人性”，它对一个人的精神走向有很大的影响，它为修身养性提供了源源不断的影养；因为是"底蕴",所以它不张扬，往往隐含在各种事物之中，像"春雨润物细无声".一个具有人文底蕴的人，他的心智必将是豁达的，情感必将是纯净的，意志必将是坚毅的。
我们的校园正逐渐步入秋天，秋天的到来，让杜牧吟诵出："停车坐爱枫林晚，霜叶红于二月花"的绝唱、令刘禹锡写下："自古逢秋悲寂寥，我言秋日胜春朝"的豪情、使王建发出：
“今夜，明朝人不知谁家秋意会落”，催促杜秋娘留下：“劝你不要爱惜金线衣，劝你爱惜青春的良言”。
自然界的存在早于人类文明数以年，但直到人类的出现，才有了发现自然界的眼睛和美学的第一步。诗人与秋的互动是人与自然和谐共处的结果。在我国灿烂文明的背后，“和”字的哲学内涵已成为推动中华文明进步的巨大动力。
今天，我想通过我们学校的校训和大家分享我对“和谐”和“美丽”的理解。
不知大家还是否记得20xx年北京奥运会开幕式千名舞者以活字印刷书为灵感排演的舞蹈，最后呈现给世界的那个汉字是什么？没错，就是"和".
张艺谋选择“他”来概括中华文明，我认为这是非常适当的。早在春秋时代，孔夫子为代表的儒学便在战乱的社会中宣扬"以和为贵"的精神，直至西汉儒学被尊为正统之后，"和"受到炎黄子孙广泛的民族认同与追捧，成为中华文明薪火相传的助力，成为我们国家立足世界民族之林的根基。那么究竟什么是"和"?
当然，人与人之间的关系是我们理解“和谐”的核心部分，但并非全部。我认为在大同世界，"和"不仅仅包含着人与人之间关系的思考，同时也反映出人与自然，人与社会甚至于人自己内心的关系处理。
那么，如何衡量复杂的“和谐”局面呢？古人给我们介绍了一个抽象但极其真实的基础：“美”
“美”在每个人心中都有不同的理解，也许是风景，也许是情感，有时候是行为，有时候是思想。虽然“美”的表现形式多种多样，但我相信每个人对“美”的宏观把握都是一致的。因此，用“美”来衡量和界定“和谐”的程度，就像一道菜遇上了盐，这是天作之合。
我认为，"和"不分多寡与大小，"美"不论高低与贵贱。凡是能够提升个人境界，帮助他人或者服务社会的举措，都是我们"臻和"路上的闪光之作，是我们驶向"至美"彼岸的一支撑杆。聚沙方能成塔，集腋方能成裘，一个至美的环境不是一朝一夕能够达到的，需要每一个人持之以恒的付出与实践，一个和谐的社会也不是顺理成章能够长久，需要每一个人日复一日的坚持与维系。
兴思及此，我们的校园，我们的班级，我们的青春年华，同样需要每一个人真诚的付出和构建，需要每一个人认真的对待与珍惜。
我们的校训是：“和美”。和谐是一种行动，美是一种追求。尊师重教是和谐，爱护学生是和谐，志向是和谐，诚信是和谐。
我呼吁每一个人能够身体力行，将"臻和"养成习惯，勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。以和谐的态度做人，以美的标准做事。这样，我坚信我们的“至美”一定会如约而至。

首先，护士保持研究组的病房干净整洁大方，在墙壁上贴有可以使患者放松的墙纸，根据病人的要求打造人性化的服务;其次，在日常工作中做到热情接待患者，微笑服务，向患者介绍病房环境，及时了解患者需求并尽力满足，出入病房保持步伐轻盈，随手关门，注重保护患者隐私等，真正落实以病人为中心的人性化护理服务;最后，护士在工作中不断提高自身素质，正确应对各种压力。
临床护理护士一般直接与患者沟通，在工作中难免会碰到各种情况，只有不断提高自身素质和职业道德素养，才能在工作中对患者拥有耐心、细心、爱心和责任心。
人文关怀更重要的是在整体护理中体现，护士主动观察患者的各种需要，尊重关爱患者，基础护理和出院回访并重。
研究组的护理在夯实基础护理、营造温馨病区环境的同时，对每位患者出院前听取患者住院期间意见和建议，增强病人在院外自护能力和保健意识，指导病人做定期复诊，注重并做到全面的人文关怀。
患者在整体护理之中感受到的人文关怀越深，对护士工作和医院的满意程度就越高。
人文关怀护理文化能够使护理人员更好的驾驭整体护理，而且能够促进发展和谐的护患关系，减少护患纠纷，提高护理质量，逐渐形成护理人员与患者之间的和谐氛围。
在本次研究经过一个疗程的治疗后，医院对60名患者的身心健康恢复状况(如图1)和对医院的满意程度做了调查。
从上述表格可以看出，研究组患者的身心健康改善情况无论是在明显效果、一定改善的还是没有效果的'都要优于对照组的改善情况。
经过对患者的随访调查记录的统计，发现研究组的患者的满意人数是29例，满意度达到了99%，而参照组的患者的满意人数仅有22例，满意度仅达到73%。
由以上的试验结果得出，对于患者给予常规的护理外，再辅以人文关怀，对患者的身心健康改善有很大的影响。

本试验的调查研究发现，在患者的常规护理工作中融入人文关怀有效地改善了患者的身心健康。
试验结果表明，研究组的患者身心改善要优于参照组，并且研究组的患者的满意度99%高于参照组的73%。
医护人员个人素质和职业道德的进一步加强，也为患者享有更好的医疗服务打下坚实的基础。
人文护理在患者的治疗过程中发挥的作用越来越大，是整个护理工作良好实现的充分条件。
因此医院要注重对医护人员定期地进行理论知识和规范操作实践的培训，以提高护士人员的职业道德素养。
因此需要对患者，给予更多的鼓励，使其拥有重获健康的信心。
随着我国经济水平的大幅度提升，人文关怀在内分泌护理工作中越来越受到大家的重视。
真诚地为患者服务，提供相关的疾病教育指导以及关心患者的身心健康，及时地解决患者的问题，是人文关怀的核心内容。
试验结果表明患者的身心健康与护理工作有着直接的影响，给予患者高质量的医疗服务是人文护理的重要体现。

面对首届大型农民体育盛会，泉州正在梳妆打扮。转眼间，农运会紧张、激烈的气息已经围绕在我们身边，古城泉州也正紧锣密鼓地作最后的攻坚战。
